According to court documents reportedly obtained by PEOPLE, the former couple has come to an “agreement” regarding introducing their children to “new romantic” partners.

The agreement reportedly binds both Mowry and Hardrict to refrain from introducing their children to their new love interest until they’ve been in an “exclusive relationship” with the partner for “at least six months.”

“Absent agreement to the contrary, each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until that party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months…”

Furthermore, the document reportedly further explains that the “restraints” set “are in the best interest of the children.”

“The parties agree that the restraints set forth in this paragraph are in the best interest of the children.”
